Booking Policies & Procedures
Once you have submitted your information through the “contact me” page, you can expect a response via email within 24 hours. Timing and location details will be discussed at that time. Once we have decided on a date, the session fee is due in full in order to secure your date. An invoice will be sent to you upon confirming the details. Once the payment is made in full, you are booked for your date. The session fee is non refundable & non transferable. Please see cancellation/rescheduling policies below. 

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policies -
If your date needs to be changed once you have booked your session, you have one reschedule allowed. You must contact us via email at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule your session. If any cancellation occurs within in the 48 hours before your session, you lose out on the session fee and need to start the rebooking process over in addition to paying a new session fee. For weather cancellations,you will receive an email to let you know your session needs to be cancelled. Mykal has the ultimate decision on if the session needs to be rescheduled due to weather conditions. If your session is cancelled due to weather, you will receive an email with a list of dates that she is available to reschedule your session.
